One Woman’s Passion For The Environment

Lisa Synalovski founded our company with a dream of constructing sustainable green homes for families that would be healthier to live in and cause less damage to the environment than traditional construction. From the design phase onward, we look at the house as a whole building envelope and create a plan that incorporates significant energy and water efficiency as well as healthy indoor air quality for our home buyers.

Our team of building subcontractors shares our passion for green, sustainable construction. They utilize best practices relating to their area of expertise throughout the project which ensures compliance with our certified green standards. We partner with Florida Power and Light as an FPL Buildsmart Builder, affirming that our homes will be at least 45% more energy efficient than the current building code requires. Our commitment to the environment is assured by each home being certified by ENERGY STAR as well as the NAHB National Association of Home Builders and the FGBC Florida Green Building Coalition.
